Review content:
We were very unhapppy with the work done by Nando. He installed saltillo tiles and despite our stated preference for animal footprints, he installed many tiles with the impressions of beer bottles on them. When my wife told him she was not happy with his choice of tiles, he became rather sarcastic with her and made no attempt to rectify his error. The grouting was sloppy and he applied sealer over the grout that he left in the impressions on the surface of the tiles. We are now shopping for a rug to put over the poor tile job Nando did. To his credit, the tiles were laid flat and level.
