Businiess name:  Best Buy

There's no doubt that Best Buy is a one-stop-shop for all of your electronic needs. Need a TV? No problem, they have 80 to choose from. Need a cell phone? Best Buy is partnered with Verizon, so you don't need to hit the Verizon store at all. The issue with Best Buy, however, is a lot of their electronics are overpriced and their staff can be spotty. I've encountered staff that know the answer to every question I have, then other staff who ignore me and spend their time playing with their cell phones. Before you make any purchases at Best Buy, research the products first. This is especially important if you are buying any sort of cables; the store is notorious for charging double, if not triple, on things like HDMI cables. If you're well prepared before you go, you'll have a much better experience. Make sure you price out things before hand. Most of the time, you can find a better deal on Amazon. If you are getting a TV though, I do have to admit that their installation service is pretty good. It costs about $100, but the quality of the service is guaranteed. This is really important for nontech people trying to hang a flat-screen TV in their apartment. If something goes wrong and the TV comes crashing down, Best Buy will be held accountable, not you. Pros: Large selection of electronics, DVDs, video games Cons: Can be overpriced, staff is hit or miss
