I am sure the care would be good because I personally like Jackie Koss and know she cares. I went by to get an appointment for my small daughter and the waiting room was empty. I didn't get three words out of my mouth to ask for an appointment before the graying lady in the front window began to unkindly inform me they are not a walk in clinic. And there was one across the street, they have clients with appointments. She was RUDE and unfriendly. I decided to look elsewhere because when your child is sick the last thing you need is someone else's poor attitude. She didn't even try to see what I needed and she may not always be so rude. She may have just been having a bad day but she will not get another chance to be rude to my family or friends!
