Absolutely the worst people skills I have ever encountered. My wife and I are currently looking for a new house, and by chance, happened upon one of their listings. We got out and looked at the house. It was evident that the house had not been occcupied in quite some time. There was a sticker on the window that stated the house was winterized. There was no window treatments so we could easily see that the house was in shambles. I gave them a call to see what the asking price was and an arrogant woman gave me a ridiculously high price. When I asked why the price was so high for a house in disarray, she asked me how I could possibly know what condition the house was in. When I told her that we were driving by and saw that the house was for sale and it was obviously vacant she proceeded to tell me I was trespassing and if I ever went back to that property, I would be arrested! There is a huge picture window in the front of the house. You can't help but notice the house is in poor condition inside and out. Poor people skills!!!!!! How can Gehlco Realty ever expect to sell a house treating people in this manner?? Stay away!!!!!!! Cons: Poor people skills, unprofessional
