I took my old computer there after upgrading my power supply unit. I had forgot to plug a cord in, and for the life of me couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. Basically I needed a fresh set of eyes. They told me my mother board was blown and needed to be replaced. They said they, ""luckily"" could find one and it'd only be like $250. I said thanks but no thanks, took the system home and noticed the cord, plugged it in and the computer ran perfectly for two more years. These guys are at the best completely incompetent and at the worst a blatant scam. They might as well have told me it needed a new flux capacitor. Avoid at all costs, Either Amandia Plumlee works for them or got really lucky. Or perhaps she didn't know she got ripped off.
