i cannot speak on behalf of the service of Il Forno because I always order take out but everytime I pick it up the hostess is always friendly and the order is always correct. The food is absolutly delicious. My favorite is the Gorgonzola salad with balsamic and pita bread on the side!!! YUM! My stomach growls just thinking about it....I would recommend Il Forno to anyone! A quick reponse to the last review you said ""the crust tasted like bread"" last time I checked that is what pizza crust is...bread!
