I had been a loyal customer of this salon for six years, since I leave far I had a hair cut trim every six months. Two days ago I saw Vicky again, showed her a picture of Nelly Furtado's long hair and thick bangs hairstyle. My hair has always been long almos to my waist and she always insisted on cutting my hair short. I asked if she needed to see the picture one more time before she started cutting, and she said she didn't need to. She chopped my hair to my shoulders without permission, my bangs are uneven and horribly cut. I am so depressed and don't want to go out. I was in shock when I saw my hair. She said '' hair grows back"" My advise do NOT go to her.
