Review content:
I first took my dog to Veterinary Emergency And Referral Group Inc in Brooklyn, NY This clinic is good for emergencies such as stomach pumps, eye infections and such. My dog broke her paw so I brought her in for an xray and to be splinted. They showed me the xray, and they were insistant on doing surgery. Now I have nothing against an ""experienced"" vet, BUT these vets were all too young and looked fresh out of school wanting to get in and do surgery just to get the experience. Well my dog is not a guinea pig to practice on. Not only did they quote me about $3000, they didnt even try to adjust her bones back considering it was a clean break. Nor did they tell me the risks of surgery.
