I was recently involved in a car accident in my 08 Subaru Outback Sport. Unfortunately, my car was left totaled, but considering the severity of the crash, and the fact that I was able to walk away unscathed, I didn't have a very hard time looking past it.
I can definitely attribute my well being to the impeccable safety features that Subaru has engineered through out the car...All the airbags deployed correctly, the no crumple zone stayed true to its name, and me and my passenger walked away FINE.
Once ready to purchase again, I knew I was sticking with Subaru. I bought my first car from Clay Subaru, Norwood, MA... Long story short, my experience there was not good in the least bit, so I searched for a dealer I could rely on to make my purchasing, and services experience better.... I decided on Patrick Subaru of Shrewsbury, MA.
During the insurance claims/ payout process, I made a visit to Patrick Subaru to take a look at what was on the lot, Phil Sheridan was my sales rep. After viewing a few used cars, and test driving one, it was clear I was going to find a great car and great deal with the help of Phil. As I was ready to leave to think things over and get my money situation figured out, we passed by a brand new 2012 World Rally Blue WRX.... I knew I had to have it.
Phil, an obvious fan of this car, was just as excited as I was to get me in this car...maybe even a little reluctant as if he wanted it himself! I told him what I thought I was going to be able to afford, and he got the deal right on the dot. I immediately put a deposit on the car, and couldn't wait to be in my new car.... A couple weeks had rolled by, and I was STILL awaiting my final reimbursement from Clay Subaru (pro-rated amount of extended service contract)...this took a seemingly endless amount of time, but Phil, and Patrick Subaru kept my car on hold, safe and sound.
When everything was finally sorted out, I called Phil to let him know I was ready to finalize the deal. He told me to come in that day, and that I'd be in and out. So of course I got there as quick as possible, and the experience couldn't have been any easier/ efficient. We went over the specs of the car, maintenance schedule, service contracts, then signatures, and off I went in my new WRX.
Couldn't be more pleased with the car and my experience at Patrick Subaru. Phil made things really easy and quick, and I would 100% recommend Patrick Subaru, and Phil for your next car purchase.
