Friday 4/13/2012 Comcast came to my home with two techs to fix a tv issue. They went in my backyard to check thier equipment back there and left my gate wide open unknown to me. I let my dogs out later on and my best little buddy of nine years is gone. i don't know if he his hurt or if someone else has him. I have posted posters and pictures everywhere I can and the local paper THEPRESS ran an ad for me free of charge. To Date the company that says it pride's itself on Customer Service has yet to call to even say they are sorry it happened. Provide Great Customers Service my eye.
