Review content:
I read the previous rating and was afraid of taking my vacuum leaner here, but given my options I did anyhow. I have a Dyson. I live an hour away with no shops that repair Dysons in my area. Customer service referred me to this repair shop. I called them and they were very friendly. They have Saturday hours which made it easy for me. I came in with my husband and told the clerk what I thought the problem was. The repair man came from the back, took a quick look and said it probably was something else. I challenged him, and he with a great sense of humor said he'd look into it but most likely it was what he said. The clerk then told me it was probably covered by the warranty. I asked the clerk when he thought I'd hear from them. He said no more than a week,I left the vacuum cleaner with them and was surprised to get a call 4 days later. My vacuum cleaner was ready! I picked it up next Saturday. Tried it right there in the shop and it worked great. Of course the problem was the roller, just what the man had said. I asked how much it was, and he said it was covered by the warranty and he charged me nothing, I told him I'd write a review to counteract the one I had read on the internet. He said he had read it too and that they didn't even know the person he wrote it and didn't remember that sewing machine either. I don't know about that incidence but I had a great experience,
