I reside in Niagara Falls an decided to call sammies with a good $35-$40 order placed for delivery. The staff told me that we were the last delivery for the night, that it would be 25-30mins. O.K. no problem until 45mins go by an no food. We call back and the staff said it was on its way, Sammies is about 10-15min an thats being genourous. so we wait an nothing called back an they replied the same it should be there it already left. Point is the food never came. We ended up going to ventry's after placing an order an hour in a half prior to sammies. -2 stars is my review
