I just had a spring break on my two car garage door this weekend. I called Garage Door Guys as well as several other local garage repair businesses on Monday. Garage Door Guys had the best price, so I scheduled an appointment for Monday afternoon.
They showed up right on schedule and were very professional. I had read about an option to use a heavy duty spring instead of the standard spring to give a longer life. I asked the Garage Door Guys about this and they explained the benefit as well as extra expense. After considering the options, I decided to use the heavy duty spring.
Since the heavy duty spring was not a standard spring, he when out on Tuesday morning and obtained the spring I needed and then returned on Tuesday as promised and installed the new springs and lubed all the hinges and rollers.
I was very impressed with the work and the door is better balance than it had been before my old spring broke. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any type of garage service.
