I bought my dress at the NYC salon and now greatly regret it. They have been so difficult to deal with that now (2 weeks prior to my wedding) when I think of my dress, I only have all the bad memories of dealing with them through the entire process. From day one, there has been extreme pressure and rudeness. The manager in particular makes every experience with salon awful. I've never left the store or gotten off the phone with them withhout wanting to cry from frustration.
