I never submit reviews but this placed pissed me off so much...will try to make this quick... DEFINITELY BOYCOTTING THIS PLACE. We had two separate cars taking our party to the SM pier. My friend received a call from his wife from the other car, yada yada. As soon as we got out of the cab he realized he left his phone inside. We immediately called into the 2nd cab and had the driver call in and relay to our driver (car # 33 - manager at dispatch said his name was Robert but I've never met an Indian guy named Robert....then again you never know) that our phone was in his car. He denied it completely. We even called my friend's phone, knowing it was turned on, and of course the driver had turned it off as it was going straight to VM instead of the standard four or five rings. We insisted they confront him about it but it was really our word against his....of course we lose. We called in a complained and said unfortunately we were going to have to post a negative review. Manager guy kindly called me mature and then hung up on me.
