Review content:
Head heard good things about other restaurants in this chain, so I was excited to go to this one on WEst End, and went for a company sponsored dinner. The service was subpar and slow: some people got there salads after others got there steaks. Two of us got the filet medium rare: mine was gray and dry in the center while the other was done correctly. I hesitated to send it back due to the long wait. Oh, and did I mention that the line to get your car from the valet was 12 deep? Maybe they just need to work out the kinks in this new restaurant.
