Review content:
The first time a technician came out to our house he was supposed to fix a problem with our existing door. That fix only lasted for a few months so the next time we had issues with our door we called All American again. They gave us a small discount on a brand new door (since we had already invested in fixing it once). When it was installed it was done incorrectly and it eventually broke. We could not access anything in our garage until it was fixed. We ended up having to break the glass on our service door to get in. That's when we called them again and they came out and told us it was installed incorrectly. They agreed to have new glass installed, but we have been waiting for over a month for them to take care of this. Overall, it has been a very frustrating experience.
