Where are you people getting your information? You can have a dog spayed/neutered, microchipped, and all shots for $75.00???? Where's this Vet at because I want to go there. You also need to consider that there is a rent to pay and staff to pay. Despite what you might think rescues have very little in volunteers and freebies. We've adopted 2 dogs from Molly's and couldn't of asked for a better experience. Our first dog cost us $360.00 - he was going to be put down at a Humane Society and that's how they ended up at Molly's (and yes, I do have that paperwork from the Humane Society - it came with his history). Our second dog was $425.00 and I was told he was from a recently closed down puppy mill (course there would be no paperwork for that). I've always found the staff very nice and accommodating. If you're looking for a free or cheap dog check your newspaper listings. Rescues have to charge to pay their overhead. I've been in much much worse looking places...Molly's isn't one of them.
