Review content:
I walked around looking for a truck and no one came out. I was there for about 15 minutes in what was a very very light sprinkle. You would think these were little ""girls.."" that thought they were going to melt, OR just didn't want to help a client. I called upon leaving to see if they were even open due to it being a new building in Sanford. Come to find out they were. I was on speaker phone with the finance manager who asked me to come back, but I was already on my way to Gibson and a couple of other places to look at a truck. I advised him of this and he told me the owner was in his office and was on his way out to chew the sales people out. (first of all) you should not have to chew them out THEY SHOULD KNOW THEIR JOB! I work in the car industry my self, my dad has been a GSM at a GM dealer for 37 years.. knowing your customer or at least offering assistance is key along with SERVICE. (Neither of which they seem to know anything about.) The finance manager told me to give him the information on what I was looking for and he would have his sales manager give me a call. Instead I told him to have him email me with the information as I don't like to be hassled 22 times a day on the phone. Did I ever receive an email? (no sir).. Horrible service, and after further review on ripoffreport wwwripoffreportcom/truck-dealers/nations-truck-suv-ce/nations-truck-suv-center-bu-c523c.htm It seems they have some crap business practices as well. They stiffed this guy on his truck, and I doubt whatever they come back and say will resolve what they did to him. Buyer Beware... Gibson by the way wasn't much better either... Do your research, find a family owned dealer and look around carefully. ALSO get your truck independently inspected before you get shafted! Pros: Nice new building Cons: Everything.. Service, Lies, Management, etc.. (Avoid)
