i remember when kabuki first came to pasadena. all the workers are korean and tried to be japanese. still its like it today, if you go here, all the workers are korean. even the sushi chefs. the food isnt all that authentic but it does seem somewhat fresh. yes there are better sushi places in pasadena but if you want somewheree cheap, then this is the place for you. on the happier note, the kabuki on foothill, near best buy is WAY better then the one on old town. something about the place in oldtown doesnt seem right.
Pros: a mix between korean/japanese food
Cons: the authenticity and the quality
