After 20 plus years as a customer of this store I will never trade with them again. They refuse to honor their warranty's even if you are charged and pay an extra sum for a "" Tire Drive Out Package"" when asking for a tire warranty I was refused and even with just under half of the tread remaining Iwas refused a warranty adjust ment on the ground's that "" The tire is obver 5 years old,"" New's to me as after my whole life in the trasnportation Industry I had never heard of this policy. I would have assumed that ""Tire Drive Out Package "" meant there was a warranty till you were down to 2/32nds which is the indusrty standard for replacement of passenger tires ! I would be very careful with these people as what they say today is subject to change tomorrow ! stay tuned as I am going to take them to Small Claims Court, I am retired, Pissed and have nothing better to do !
