I was very impressed with Prestige Flooring, Davi answered all of my questions. The service was great, they showed up on time and got the work done quickly. My only complaint with them would be something I had discussed with Davi before we decided on having the work done, and that was that I did not want any grout haze left behind when they were done with the installation. And by golly, when those guys left, sure enough what did I see? Grout haze! I was down on the floor for two days trying to scrub it off! They left me with a lot of work to do.
Of course Davi might be a little surprised to hear how I really felt about the final results since my husband was the one that had gone down to the store to pay him and had raved to Davi about the floors. But, it wasn't my husband on the floor scrubbing at the grout! Other than that, I am very pleased with our new floors!
