I walked into the store this morning based on Yelp reviews, hoping that my purse could be repaired. The owner took a look, asked me if it was ok to make a tiny slit in the inside of the purse to avoid marring the outside, and proceeded to fix my purse right then and there. It was a complicated issue that he tackled immediately. I had to go to the doctor so I returned in 45 minutes. My purse was ready, repaired beautifully, and all for $10. Fantastic!
