Review content:
We are a family of four, and just ate at Garcia's again tonight (5.24.10). It is to die for. The food is more expensive than the average Mexican restaurant due to better quality. We love Pancho's Mex. Restaurant just like everybody around here does...but more for their prices and volume of food. However, Garcia's is our treat restaurant. Their salsa isn't overly salty like most, but mild and flavorful. People who say otherwise must only enjoy food for the punch of spice and salt. We respect flavor and savory dishes too. I love spicy food myself, but I am tired of over salted, peppery, cover ups that try to make up for a lack of quality ingredients. Yes, it is a bit loud due to hard surface flooring. The service is wonderful, the decor is down to earth nice Mexican style, the food is so much better than all of the rest that we consider it the Outback of Mexican restaurants. You should go for the food, and expect to pay a bit more for quality. You have to try their flaming cheese dip and you'll be hooked for life. I've never tasted anything like it. We've never had any dish that wasn't absolutely delicious.
Pros: Flavor
Cons: Slightly Higher Prices than Panchos
