I recieved, by far, the best customer service I could have ever imagined! I felt like a bride to be should - like a queen. As I went around the store picking out dresses to try on, Jen, one of their most valuable employees, brought my picks to a fitting room for me. Their selection was amazing! Such beautiful gowns in a variety of sizes, gorgeous veils and accessories. I was catered to in such a courteous and prompt manner. Another one of the employees helped me put on each dress and picked out the veil to go with it to give me ideas and options. I was also able to find beautiful gowns for the bridal party. When it came to the alterations, it was very busy. The seamstress was awesome, though! She made my gown look absolutely wonderful, and it was a difficult dress to alter - it had lace with delicate applique. It was a little pricey for the alterations - about $300, which I was warned of, but I felt was worth it in the end. The bridesmaid gowns came in very quickly and so did the shoes I ordered. I had such a glamorous experience here. It totally exceeded my expectations! They made me feel very special. Now, when I went to the David's Bridal in Freehold, NJ, I wasn't even approached with a ""Can I help you?"", so I was ecstatic to have chosen this particular store in PA.
Pros: Excellent customer service, affordable prices on gowns, great selection, expert seamstresses
