I was so excited to finally see the Melissa Sweet and Priscilla of Boston dresses that I've been checking out for months online. I live in downtown Chicago and my sister (my maid of honor) is in this weekend visiting from Michigan. We ventured out to Oakbrook and the trip was a HUGE letdown. We were assigned to a room but our ""helper"", nor anyone else in the store, bothered to check in on us. I helped my sister into a dozen gowns and clipped her in myself. No one brought us color swatches or assisted with changing from dress to dress, which would have been more acceptable if our presence had ever been acknowledged.
