I recently had to purchase some office supplies and went to this Office Max. I could not find what I needed and asked an employee for assistance. He could not (or would not) locate it either and I asked the 'Manager'. What a waste of time! This overweight lazy man was neither interested or helpful. He was rude to me and I left after finding the item myself which took about 30 minutes. I have never had such poor customer service and would have gone to his supervisor if I had had the time - from now on it is Office Depot for our office! In this economy, a little help goes a long way to keeping a customer.
Pros: Near the office
Cons: Wasted time searching for items that manager could not take the time to help me find.
