I've been a regular customer at Minuteman since Feb. '99. I've leased 3 brand new VWs here - Jetta, Golf GTI and a loaded Passat. I love the service, the owner (Felix) and they had an excellent showroom manager - Michele Karavanic - however she resigned so I will greatly miss her. However, the VW dealership is top notch. I've been to VW dealerships in Boston, Allston, Beverly, Nashua, and other greater Boston dealerships and none of them can sell and lease cars like Minuteman - they are top n notch. I can't say this enough. I will continue to shop at this VW for years to come. 5 stars all the way - from their parts and service department to their sales floor - 100% best of the best.
