Stay away from Pru-Fox. Its offices employ predators and cater to them. Take, for example, Mark Arbeit, who works out of Pru-Fox's Margate, NJ office. This gentleman represented me & my wife in our purchase of a home and kept from us information about a leaking underground oil tank that had prevented another fast-talking Pru-Fox ""Sales Professional"" from dumping the place for months. Do you think Arbeit's a predator? Why don't you read stories about him & little schoolboys in The Washington Post archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987 and then decide. Did I say Pru-Fox caters to predators? Sure. The gentleman from whom I purchased my place is a pasty-faced, Bernie Madoff-wannabe mortgage broker who was busted in a ""Catch a Predator""-type sting run out of Florida. How do you like that? One house transaction with two Pru-Fox realtors, and you have two documented predators involved. Look-- Do you really want to get tangled up with these types? If not, then steer clear of Pru-Fox!!!
