This company is simply amazing! They arrived early to our inspection, Steve (our inspector) was really friendly and the report they produced was great! The report was really easy to understand (no ridiculously hard language and terms that no one understands!) If there was an area in the house that needed repair, that's what it said in the report... they didn't dance around the issues! They even took pictures which helped when we needed to point out to the seller what needed fixing. Color pictures of the problems were literally in the report with arrows pointing to it!! Great price, the best we could find after shopping around and definitely a company I would use again if I purchase another home!
Pros: Friendly, easy to understand report, color pictures in the report, arrived on time and talked to us through the inspection to explain any problems he found
