Review content:
An oil change business only provides one service - change your oil and filter - and it has to be right, or you'll soon be replacing your engine - it's a bad sign when you're a quart low three days after the service. The O-ring did't seal the first time, so the mechanic called in some help, and they eventually agreed that the problem was solved. Got the car home and found oil all over the driveway and garage. Checked the oil and almost a quart low. Engine light came on. Returned to the shop and they explained that the oil was residual off the skid plate (why didn they clean that off? and why didn't they refill their mistake?). The mechanic offered $10 off the orig bill, but he would have to ask his manager. The manager wasn't immediately accomodating, and the whole situation was aggrevating, but we got a call the next day - complete refund, and free oil change next time. We had to work at it, but the ultimate result was good. Let's hope they take their customers seriously, and you won't have this type of experience.
