Wanted to share this information with anyone looking for a honest and great mechanic shop. I have lived in the Dallas since 1985, and finding a good, reliable and honest mechanic had always been an issue for me and my family. We started using progressive Auto care in Balch Springs TX about 15 years ago. This auto shop has always given us great service, Jeff the owner will personally guarantee the work, and have always given us the best service bar none. We have strayed here and there with using different mechanics, but in the end we have decided to use them, due to their work quality, honesty and fairness of cost. I have not used another mechanic in 8 years, i have recommended them to all my friends and will continue to use them.
