RE: NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE W/SPA MGMT: I received a gift cerficate for this spa, along with 4 other gift certificates(big birthday). Although the certificate did list the expiration date, I never checked it because I assumed it was 1 year. Most spa certificates I have ever received or given are for 1 yr. When I got around to booking a treatment, the certificate had expired. I explained this to the mgmt, who I feel were very unreasonable, inflexible, and non-understanding. I was offered 1 specific service(for which I had no interest), costing less approx. 30% of my certif. value. I asked for another service at the same 30% value and that was refused. I would think that Customer Satisfaction should be a priority; apparently it is NOT. Cons: , poor cust. service, too short exp. date
