I took my car that was a leased BMW from Bob Smith there as I got one of their fliers in the mail which offered dealer type expertise for LESS. The oil change and all was fine and 15 dollars less than the dealer. There had been some damage done to the car that would not have been covered so I got a price from the dealer for 2259.00 all in. Pro-Tech did the job for 420.00 LESS than the dealer and used ALL BMW parts. Four hundred is four hundred where I come from. They were very friendly, kept in touch via phone and email, great girl in the office as well.. :-)
I have 4 cars 2 of which are old but this is a good shop. Period. My email is meccafitness@medotcom for contacting in case someone wants a direct recommendation as the internet is filled with business owners writing bad reviews on good businesses. Peace-T.C.
