This is a horrible place to live. I have been living at the San Leandro Racquet Club for almost a year and I would not recommend it to anyone. The management lures you in by showing you a beautiful apartment that is much larger than what you actually rent. They are never available to answer any questions or for repairs. And have the worst policies I have ever heard of before. Rent is due on the 1st and they only give you a 2 day grace period. If rent is not received by the 3rd they impose a $100 late fee and $100 return check fee. I have never ever heard of a late fee that damn high.
Pros: its in a central location
Cons: rent is extremely high for what you are getting, management is rude and VERY expensive fees.
