Review content:
Please be very careful before renting from this real estate; be aware that they function as rent collectors only. When there are problems with the property you are renting from them, there may be no one to turn to. They were very nice until after we moved in. When it was pointed out that there are problems here, even multiple code violations, etc., they did not want to hear about it. The owners do not want to fix anything and are not very nice at all. When we go to pay the rent, we are scowled at, and have sarcastic comments made to us. Apparently, they feel we are trash for renting the property; it never occurs to them what they (Skowronski's and the owners of the property) are for renting this place in its present condition. About all we can do is wait until the end of the lease and move. We won't deal with Skowronski's again.
Cons: Think very hard before renting from this real estate.
