My husband and I went to the clinic at 1580 Valencia St., #201 for a routine yearly checkup.. Not only did we have to wait for an hour to be seen, but we were seen by the physician for 5-10 minutes each and got charged over $200 each. My appointment consisted of me telling the physician what I needed for vaccination and laboratory tests and I did not get a Pap smear. When we called them to see why we did not get charged our regular copay of $15 for ""preventative care"", they made it seem like they were not at fault, that they had done us a favor, and it was the insurance company's fault.
