After trying to get our 7 month old dryer fixed through Appliance Doctor, we finally gave up and went with another local company Eurotechs. Appliance Doctor took too long to come and see our problem in the first place, then when the parts came in, they canceled our repair day due to a technician problem, rescheduled us not for a day later, but a week later! Then called again on the second scheduled date with another technician problem and wanted to reschedule yet again!!!!! Who has ONE technician!???? The were not helpful on the phone, and were not concerned at our unhappiness with this service. They have parts in hand, and just can't get someone to our house to fix it. We already had a new dealer check out the dryer, and parts have been ordered. This company repaired our dishwasher with speed and friendliness, so I am sure the dryer repairs will be the same. If you want good service, you won't find it at the Applicance Doctor.
Pros: Don't let the cute name fool you. There is ONE technician for the whole community - service is hard to come by.
