All I can say is BOO!!!!!!! It has taken them 6 weeks to fix my dishwasher. I called the office today and was told to expect them after 4. Knowing this information I took a shower and missed a call saying to call them back within 15 minutes. I called them back in 24 minutes and they cancelled my appointment even though I had been in contact with their office moments before their call. The first appointment I had with them they were 2.5 hours late and I didn't say a word. Maybe the 4th visit will be a charm but so far I am far from impressed. It makes me wonder how good businesses fail in a good economy while poorly managed businesses like this treat you like Sh#t and succeed. I will never ever do business with this company again.
