Review content:
Brought the motorcycle in for tune up and carbuerator clean. They called me saying cycle ready for pick up. Lousy repair service and disorganized service department.
When I arrived, they said they were not finished and did not complete the service. I did not get the motorcycle back for another day. Obviously my time away from my job is not as important as theirs. Before I had it serviced, they had recommended additional service to ensure it ran correctly, which I had done, but motorcycle still not running correctly and is backfiring. I moved to Sac the week after service provided, so I do not have time or energy to bring back to get the job done right the second time, and in addition to that, I will have to pay someone else to get it working properly.
Cons: Rip off, disorganized service department
