I bought my bike on Saturday. Before we went in though, I had done a good deal of resaerch on the bike I wanted so I could speak from a position of strength. I think you have to do this when ever you make a major purchase. It made the process much smoother for sure. I called and scheduled an appointment to come in and take a test drive. This also helped alot I think.
Pros: Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great inventory and gear
Cons: None yet; We'll know more come service time.
