This place has horrible customer service and if the owner doesn't agree with you he'll call the police!!!
I bought a keg from them for New Year's Eve (which required a $35 deposit) and brought it back in perfect condition 2 weeks later only to be told by the owner that he wouldn't be giving me my deposit back because I didn't bring it back within 5 days. That would have been fine if someone told me this! Or if I signed something stating this! But no one told me and I didn't sign anything saying it needed to be back within 5 days.
After trying to rationally explain this to the owner he said, "NO! You won't be getting your money back!" I said, "I bet your tune would be different if this place was full of customers" (it was empty). He then proceeded to call the police on me saying I was trespassing. I waited for a while for the police to show up but they never did. I left and decided to make sure to let people know what happened so that hopefully it won't happen again.
DO NOT BUY FROM HOB NOB ROB'S!!!
