Review content:
I have had a great time living in this building. The staff are friendly & will go out of their way to help you. I even had a maintenance person come to my apartment on Thanksgiving Day because my heat was out. Every tenant that I have met has been friendly, too. The views from the apartments are great & I have not noticed an odor from the factories as mentioned in the other review. I have also not had any problems with noise (as is common with apartments) & the covered parking is a great benefit. What's not to love in a place with 24/7 availability of staff, an on-site gym, sauna, swimming pool, laundromat, tennis courts, drop off dry cleaning at the front desk, and will let you paint your apartment?
Pros: Covered parking, sauna, gym, on site laundromat, drop off dry cleaning at the desk, service
Cons: Transporting groceries from car to apartment
