Everyone from the doctors to the front office staff were very professional and helpful. The billing department was EXTREMELY helpful when i recieved a bill i did not agree with, Helen went above and beyond her job duties to contact my insurance company (which is my responsibility as the policy holder!!!!!) to verify my exact benefits and then explained them in a way i could understand. She also worked with me in setting up a payment plan. THANK YOU HELEN!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND SEWICKLEY EYE GROUP TO ANYONE.
