I was told my keyboard would be ready in three weeks. It has now been TWO MONTHS. Of course, Randy is a great mechanic. He fixed several of my vintage keyboards ten years ago, and did an excellent job. But this is just ridiculous. And from what Lew742man says, it is not unusual these days. The man needs to start giving much longer time estimates, or stop taking new orders, or hire a another mechanic. I mean, !@#$!. Two MONTHS? And I'm the one who has to call HIM! They should have called ME at three weeks to let me know it would take longer. Then again a few weeks later. That's the way you do desire return business. Ten years ago, I'd have recommended All-Service without hesitation. Not any more.
