Review content:
My daughter's experience at Dance Phase was terrible. The director cashed our check, but did not record that I had paid. I had to go to my bank and have a copy of the check made. She never even apologized for the inconvenience. We signed up for dance camp three months in advance, and she kept calling and promising that she was mailing a letter with details about the camp, but never mailed it. That was all annoying, but minor compared to how she treated my daughter. My daughter is only three, and this was her first dance experience. One day, the director came out with her and announced in front of all the parents that ""She was having issues."" Then, continued to tell me how terrible my daughter had been and that I needed to talk to her about listening to her teachers and how to follow directions. Her tone was rude and short, and she said all of it in front of my daughter and other parents. I work with parents and children, and would NEVER treat any child as unkindly as she treated mine, nor would I have a private conversation in front of other parents. I would not advise going to this studio. We have had a wonderful experience in a local gymnastics class and are planning on going to a local Christian dance studio that cares deeply about young children. Once again, please look into other studios. My daughter frequently asks me why I took her there. It breaks my heart that her first dance experience was so negative.
