Review content:
A total rip-off. Terrible service from the senior staff. I was witness to the senior staff actually making fun of someone as they left. They treat your insurance like a coupon and charge you hundreds in upgrades hidden charges. I could expect this from a high volume store in Manhattan but there is no excuse considering the place is in Queens and it's a Coen's.
Pros: None, rude staff s well.
Cons: AVOID IT!!! You will spend hundreds more than other places
