I wanted to drop a line to let you know about my great experience with Sawyers Heating & Air and an employee, Shawn Sebastian. I didn't have heat the day after Thanksgiving. I called your number and a very cheerful person answered the phone. wihtin 30 minutes I received a call from Shawn explaining he couldn't make it that day and would be at my house at 9:00 a.m. the next day. The next morning, I received another call from Shawn letting me know he had made an error and would be at my house as originally scheduled. He arrived promptly and was very professional and courteous. He explained and fixed the problem all the while, being very professional and pleasant. My experience with Sawyers is one of great customer service. Shawn is to be commended as an exemplary emplyee. I would happily refer others to Sawyers not only from a personal standpoint, but also through the Modesto Chamber of Commerce.
