Ruth is great-she has done corporate catering for our office for five years now, which range from simple luncheons to formal dinners. She also does private and off site catering. She is fair, reasonable and dependable-I just give her the order and information and she somehow takes care of the rest! Her menu that we use is extensive and when I just tell her to ""surprise me"" she always does-and it's GREAT!!
