I bought my mom a pair of Chanel sunglasses for $530.00, they kept pinching her nose and we went back to get it fixed. On one encounter the manager Ilona, told my mom that she had never seen her in the store before and it was probably the only pair of sunglasses that she had ever boughten there. Pretty much implying that mo mom couldn't afford to buy any more. She then threatened to call the cops on my mom, never giving her any alternatives to fix the problem. So beware if you have a problem with your glasses you might get stuck with them as is. Go to the Westlake store instead. I will never shop there again. and I have spent over $1000.00 in sunglasses this year alone in that store.
